It is getting harder and
harder to find "used" SFA Aisin Manual Hubs to refurbish so I am no longer
offering them. However I do now offer NEW OEM replacements.

Included in kit:
- (2) Completely NEW Toyota Aisin SFA manual locking hubs (30
spline)

Aisin IFS Manual Hubs, 1986-1995 - $300 pair + $15 Shipping
Used to convert your 1986-1995 4Runner/Pick Up from automatic locking hubs
or ADD hubs to manual locking hubs.
Included in kit:
- (2) Completely refurbished Toyota Aisin IFS manual locking hubs (27
spline)
- (2) New cover gaskets - star
- (2) New hub gaskets - round
- (2) New dial face o-rings
- (12) New bolts for dial face plate
- New powder coating with clear coat (covers-black, dials-red,
lettering-metal)
- Additional products are necessary to covert from auto/ADD locking hubs
to manual locking hubs (see kits below)
The above Aisin manual hubs
are refurbished and not new. They have the normal signs of 20+ years
of aging which can include, but is not limited to, dents, scratches, and
other signs of normal wear. We do our best to find the nicest Aisin
manual hubs we can to refurbish for you our customers, but again, these
are refurbished and will show normal signs of wear and use.
If you wish to ship me a
core set after you purchase a new set I can issue you a credit of $40 max
depending on the condition and totality of your hubs.

rims/hubs will look like after converting from those other brand
aftermarket hubs to some OEM Toyota Aisin manual hubs refurbished by
WabFab Off-Road.

Refurbish Your Aisin Manual
Hubs - $100 pair + $15 S/H
Ship us your fully functional Aisin manual hubs and we will:
- clean and degrease your entire manual hub
- reassemble and grease your hubs and check their function
- sandblast off any old powder coating or paint
- powder coat them OEM black and red
- ship them back to you via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days
Along with:
- (2) New cover gaskets - star
- (2) New hub gaskets - round
- (2) New dial face o-rings
- (12) New OEM bolts for dial face plate
*This does not include
replacing or repairing any manual hubs that are broken or missing parts
(especially the springs and ball bearings) when they arrive, as repairing
broken hubs with additional parts will cost extra.

Ship us your Aisin manual hub dial and faces (remove the hub dial
o-ring, spring and ball bearing) via USPS Priority Mail with insurance to
our address on the Contact Us page and we
will:
- clean and degrease
- sandblast off any old powder coating or paint
- powder coat them OEM black and red
- ship them back to you via USPS Priority Mail

*If you have a daily driver
and cannot afford the down time we can ship you a set already powder
coated but you will be charged a $100 core charge until we receive your
dials and faces in satisfactory condition.

* If you have a 96+ 4Runner
or a 95.5+ Pick Up (Tacoma) you will need a manual hub conversion kit that
is totally different than what we offer as it requires a lot more parts
and costs significantly more ($1000 or more).

54mm
Spindle Socket - $14 + $10 S/H
Our 54mm sockets are designed for servicing Toyota front axle wheel
bearings. We know you don't carry a 3/4" drive ratchet in your tool bag so
we made these sockets fit right on your 3/8" ratchet with no additional
adaptors needed.
Wheel
Bearing Kit - $39 + $10 S/H
Wheel Bearing kit includes inner and outer bearings, hub gaskets, inner
wheel bearing seal and star lock washer. One kit services left or
right side.
 Hub
Outer Dial O-Ring (PAIR) - $10.00 + $1.00 S/H
There is a small rubber O-ring located between the inner and outer hub
dials. If this ring becomes damaged water and dust can leak into the hubs.
It can also make turning the dial difficult. Easy to install using
snap ring pliers and a 10mm socket. These are sold as a pair.

Spring and Ball Bearing Set - $10.00 + $1.00 S/H
The number one problem we see here at WabFab Off-Road with Aisin manual
hubs is that somewhere along the life of the manual hub the dial spring
and ball bearing have been lost making the hub almost useless in staying
in the "FREE" or "LOCK" position. We now have the solution.
Replacement springs and ball bearings.
