Toyota Aisin Manual Hub 101 PDF Print E-mail

Toyota Aisin manual hubs are a nice upgrade over ADD and auto hubs found on various Toyota 4x4s, 79-95. During this time period you have solid front axles (SFA) on pickups and 4Runners, and independent front suspensions (IFS) on the same. I am talking strictly about these years and models. There are numerous other Aisin manual hubs and many of those parts are useful as well.

Rebuilding a Solid Front Axle PDF Print E-mail

Rebuilding a Toyota solid front axle is not hard, but most people forget how they took it apart between tear down and when their rebuild parts arrive. The shear enormity of the parts involved make the task seem daunting, but it just takes some time and an understanding of how the parts all go together. Pictures seem to work better for most folks so follow the pictoral links below and consult your Factory Service Manual for torque specifications. Slider Adapter

Slider Adapter for HI-Lift Jacks

redsaonjackaThe Slider Adapter is what started it all...the first product ever offered by WabFab Off-Road several years ago.  It became popular with many in the Toyota off-road community and has spread mostly through word of mouth and the Toyota online community.  It has undergone numerous transformations and upgrades since its inception, some at the suggestion of our customers, and others due to our desire to continue to produce a high quality product that meets our own expectations.  Often imitated...never duplicated!

bikinitopjosh1A front channel that secures the bikini soft top to the cab of the 4Runner using the OEM hard top hardware.  The rear bow, a new unique two piece design not seen on other bikini top kits and exclusive to WabFab Off-Road, attaches to the OEM roll bar via included hardware and prevents the bikini top from sagging. We recommend using a strap (not included) from the bow to the roll bar at the top for speeds over 30 mph.
