Rebuilding a Toyota solid front axle is not hard, but most people forget how they took it apart between tear down and when their rebuild parts arrive. The shear enormity of the parts involved make the task seem daunting, but it just takes some time and an understanding of how the parts all go together. Pictures seem to work better for most folks so follow the pictoral links below and consult your Factory Service Manual for torque specifications. 1. After coating your OEM sway bar end links with some lubricant the day/night before, remove both and save them as you might want to put them back on if you ever decide to sell the vehicle. Use the OEM end links as a height reference compared to your new end links and trim the top threaded stud accordingly depending on the amount of lift you have on the rear of your vehicle.
