Use of products sold by WabFab Off-Road is at the consumer's own risk.  Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed for optimal safety and performance.  WabFab Off-Road does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any products purchased from us.

All products sold and manufactured by WabFab Off-Road are for off-road use only.

Order Placement
Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart service or by phone to (205) 799-5610. Our regular business hours are 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday, except major holidays. All products are in stock unless otherwise listed on our web site. All orders are processed for shipping within one business day except custom fabricated to order products, such as some sliders, slider adapters, seasonal products, and other noted products, which can take up to 2 to 3 weeks or longer to complete depending upon the shop work load.  If you are unsure about the delivery time frame of the product you wish to order, ask before ordering please. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your order detailing an estimated delivery time, so you are responsible for providing a functional email address.

Product prices are listed beside each item along with any shipping charges and both are assessed at the time your order is processed.

Shipping Orders
Orders are normally shipped via UPS with insurance or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. Posted shipping charges are good for the continental 48 United States only.  Please contact us for a shipping quote to other locations or call in your order to combine products to save on shipping if possible. UPS is not able to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical house or business address for delivery. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. WabFab Off-Road does not guarantee shipping times or dates.  If you need your product(s) by a specific date please contact us for expedited shipping. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier. We do not ship outside the 50 United States and Canada.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks in US funds only. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. Foreign checks and bank notes are not accepted. We reserve the right not to accept or deny your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment and your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement. Alabama residents will be charged 9.0% sales tax. We do not offer open accounts or CODs.

Product Application
Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by WabFab Off-Road LLC are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use.

Warranty and Returns
All products carry a one year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. In the event that we ship the wrong part or the part is defective, we will refund 100% or exchange the product with a product of equal value. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back with a copy of the invoice. Shipping on returns and/or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. For any return shipping or wrong or defective merchandise, a return shipment tag will be provided if applicable. If YOU order the wrong part, we are not responsible for any return shipping costs and the return is subject to a restocking fee. NO refunds will be given on shipping. We will not refund or exchange any parts that have been used, installed or modified in any way. Special order parts are not refundable.  If you have any doubts double check to make sure that you know what you are ordering by contacting us. Orders that are cancelled after you receive your order confirmation will be charged a 10% processing fee. There is a restocking fee of 20% during the first 30 days after the initial ship date and 30% during days 31-60 after the invoice date. No refunds after 60 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
